Personal Growth
Personal growth is a lifelong journey. It’s about becoming the best version of yourself and achieving your full potential. However, many people find themselves stuck in patterns of negative thinking or self-sabotage. This is where Personal Growth can be incredibly beneficial.
At Revibe Therapy, we offer Personal Growth sessions in Orlando, Lake Nona, and Winter Park, as well as through Online Therapy. Our goal is to help you break free from limiting beliefs and develop a positive mindset that supports your personal development.
Reprogramming Subconscious Patterns
Personal Growth works by accessing your subconscious mind. This is where your deepest beliefs and habits are stored. With Revibe Therapy, we can reprogram the subconscious patterns, replacing negative thoughts with positive, empowering beliefs. This can lead to significant improvements in various areas of your life, such as self-esteem, motivation, and overall happiness.

Building Self-Confidence
Self-confidence is the foundation of personal growth. Our Personal Growth sessions focus on boosting your self-esteem and belief in your abilities. By targeting the subconscious mind, we help you eliminate negative thoughts and replace them with positive affirmations. This process empowers you to take on new challenges and pursue your dreams with confidence.
Enhancing Emotional Well-Being
Emotional well-being is crucial for overall personal growth. Our sessions focus on improving your emotional health by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. We teach relaxation techniques and mindfulness practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine. Whether you attend our sessions in Orlando Lake Nona, Winter Park, or through Online Therapy, you’ll learn how to maintain emotional balance and well-being.
Overcoming Personal Barriers
Personal barriers can prevent you from achieving your full potential. These barriers may include fears, phobias, or past traumas. At Revibe Therapy, our techniques are designed to address these issues and help you overcome them. Think For Yourself

Most often it is not the situation, but how we think about the situation that causes our feelings. How we think about situations is based on what we have learned and experienced in the past. Over time we may begin to react in ways that do not help us, and start feeling stuck and unhappy.
Dr. Ivey, Psy.D. completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Consulting at Pacific University’s School of Graduate Psychology in Oregon. For her dissertation, Dr. Ivey conducted qualitative research on the effects of workplace discrimination and microaggressions on minority Veterans’ overall job satisfaction with their military career. She completed the APA-accredited Psychology Internship training program and Postdoctoral Residency at the Orlando VA Healthcare System.
I know you’re stressed and exhausted while trying to keep up with the world’s go go go trials, trying to do it all perfectly. This “hustle” mentality makes all of us prone to mistakes and poor decisions. Your mind is overthinking at such a high pace by now that you no longer know where to find the off button, or recall when you turned it on in the first place. Trust me, I’ve been there, and in that dark place is where you start to feel worried and fearful about the future because you don’t feel in control of the now. Sound familiar?
Often, when we seek support through therapy, we seem to underestimate the power of our own role in the healing process. We have all carried metaphorical luggage filled with experiences and events that have impacted our life. I know that it has been hard for you to seek support in untangling those moments from the past that now provoke stress, anxiety, frustration, anger, loneliness, sadness, guilt, depression, or hopelessness. The fact that you are reading this means that you have the intention to become the best version of yourself.
