Description
Your Mind Won’t Quiet Down. This Session Was Built For That.
You already know what anxiety feels like: the racing thoughts, the tightness in your chest, the constant mental chatter that keeps you stuck in worst-case scenarios. You have tried deep breathing. You have tried telling yourself to relax. But the cycle keeps pulling you back in.
This anxiety hypnotherapy audio was created by the licensed clinicians at Revibe Therapy using the same Cognitive Hypnotherapy principles we apply in our one-on-one sessions. It is designed to work with your subconscious mind, not against it, guiding you into a focused, relaxed state where real change can begin to take hold.
What This Session Helps With:
- Racing thoughts and mental overwhelm
- Tension, restlessness, and nervous system overactivation
- Sleep disruption caused by anxious thinking
- Emotional reactivity that feels disproportionate to the situation
- A general sense of unease that never fully goes away
How to Use This Audio:
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be interrupted. Use headphones for the best experience. Listen with the intention of allowing your mind to follow the guidance without forcing anything. For best results, use this session consistently over the course of several weeks. Many clients notice a shift within the first few listens.
What This Is (and What It Is Not):
This audio is a professional therapeutic tool, not a relaxation soundtrack. It was designed to help you begin addressing the subconscious emotional patterns behind your anxiety. It is not a replacement for individualized therapy, but it is a powerful complement to your personal growth, whether or not you are currently working with a therapist.
Included With Your Purchase:

Most often it is not the situation, but how we think about the situation that causes our feelings. How we think about situations is based on what we have learned and experienced in the past. Over time we may begin to react in ways that do not help us, and start feeling stuck and unhappy.

I know you’re stressed and exhausted while trying to keep up with the world’s go go go trials, trying to do it all perfectly. This “hustle” mentality makes all of us prone to mistakes and poor decisions. Your mind is overthinking at such a high pace by now that you no longer know where to find the off button, or recall when you turned it on in the first place. Trust me, I’ve been there, and in that dark place is where you start to feel worried and fearful about the future because you don’t feel in control of the now. Sound familiar?
Often, when we seek support through therapy, we seem to underestimate the power of our own role in the healing process. We have all carried metaphorical luggage filled with experiences and events that have impacted our life. I know that it has been hard for you to seek support in untangling those moments from the past that now provoke stress, anxiety, frustration, anger, loneliness, sadness, guilt, depression, or hopelessness. The fact that you are reading this means that you have the intention to become the best version of yourself.
