Revibe Therapy
Therapy That Gets to the Root
Stop just analyzing your struggles and start actually resolving them. You have spent enough time understanding your anxiety, stress, or emotional patterns. Our group practice specializes in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and EMDR therapy to resolve what is driving your symptoms at the subconscious level.
If your daily life has become a cycle of:
- 🌪️ Endless overthinking: Knowing why you’re anxious, but still feeling unable to stop it.
- 🔋 Deep exhaustion: Running on empty because your nervous system is stuck in overdrive.
- 🪢 Repeating patterns: Falling into the same reactions no matter how much you try.
- 🧭 Feeling hijacked: Watching your stress take the wheel while you try to hold on for the ride.
It’s time for therapy that creates real change, change that happens faster, lasts longer, and finally puts you back in control.

THE PROBLEM
You Know What the Problem Is. You Just Cannot Get It to Stop
Cognitive hypnotherapy can help you break the emotional patterns that keep you stuck, not by talking through the same issues for months on end, but by targeting the subconscious drivers behind them.
If you’re reading this, chances are you already understand your anxiety, stress, or emotional reactivity on an intellectual level. You can explain your patterns to anyone who asks. But understanding hasn’t brought you relief. The overthinking hasn’t stopped. The emotional reactions still catch you off guard.
“Understanding the problem isn’t the same as resolving it.”

WHAT SETS US APART
Why Our Approach Gets Results Faster
Cognitive hypnotherapy offered through our group practice isn’t about relaxation scripts or stage-show tricks. It’s an evidence-informed approach that identifies and resolves the root emotional drivers behind your symptoms.
We Target the Root Cause. Our work goes deeper: accessing subconscious emotional patterns to resolve the source of your distress rather than manage it indefinitely.
Every Session Is Designed Around You. There’s no one-size-fits-all protocol. Each session is fully customized to your unique history, goals, and emotional landscape.
Efficiency Without Sacrificing Quality. Our group practice was built for people who want measurable progress in fewer sessions.
We Prioritize Your Independence. The ultimate measure of our success isn’t how long you stay in treatment; it’s how well you function without us.

OUR APPROACH
The Engine Behind Everything We Do
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is the foundation of our group practice. It’s the framework that makes everything else work; not a separate service, but the lens through which we see every client, every session, and every breakthrough.
This approach integrates cognitive behavioral principles with clinical hypnotherapy to access and reframe the subconscious patterns driving your anxiety, stress, and emotional reactivity. Where traditional talk therapy keeps the conversation at the surface, Cognitive Hypnotherapy goes to the source. It works with your subconscious, not against it, to create change that’s faster, deeper, and built to last.
Here’s how we apply this approach to some of the most common challenges our clients face:
When your mind won’t stop, we go to the place where the noise started.
Anxiety Hypnotherapy
Anxiety hypnotherapy targets the subconscious emotional triggers that keep your nervous system locked in overdrive. We don’t just teach you to cope with the racing thoughts, the tension, or the worst-case spirals. We identify the root pattern behind them and resolve it; so your mind can quiet down on its own.
The habit isn’t the problem. The feeling underneath it is.
Weight Loss Hypnotherapy
Weight loss hypnotherapy addresses the subconscious emotional drivers behind unhealthy eating habits; the stress eating, the comfort patterns, the cycle of restriction and guilt that willpower alone can’t break. We help you build a healthier relationship with food and your body from the inside out.
You don’t need more willpower. You need to change what smoking means to your subconscious.
Smoking Hypnotherapy
Smoking hypnotherapy targets the subconscious associations, triggers, and emotional dependencies that keep the habit locked in place. Our approach makes it possible to break free by resolving the emotional function smoking has been serving, so the craving loses its grip.
Sexual Issues Hypnotherapy
Sexual issues hypnotherapy addresses the deeply embedded emotional patterns that trauma and distressing experiences leave behind; the avoidance, the disconnection, the difficulty being fully present. Our approach works at the subconscious level to release the emotional charge these experiences hold, without requiring you to relive painful details. Every session is tailored entirely to your comfort level, your pace, and your goals.
EMDR THERAPY
When the Past Won’t Let Go
EMDR therapy is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps your brain reprocess distressing memories and experiences so they no longer control how you feel, think, or react in the present.
A memory that should feel distant still triggers your body. A moment you thought you were over still hijacks your emotions when you least expect it. That’s not weakness. That’s your brain holding onto something it hasn’t finished processing.
EMDR works differently than traditional talk therapy. Instead of spending months analyzing what happened, we help your brain do what it was already trying to do; file the experience away where it belongs, so it stops showing up uninvited.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety rooted in past trauma, performance blocks tied to a single defining moment, or emotional reactivity that doesn’t match the current situation, EMDR therapy can help you move forward; not by forgetting what happened, but by changing how it lives inside you.
Some experiences leave a mark that talking alone can’t reach.

LIFE COACHING
You Don’t Need Fixing. You Need Direction.
Life coaching is for the person who isn’t broken but feels stuck. You’re functional. You’re capable. But something is keeping you from operating at the level you know you’re meant for.
Maybe it’s a lack of clarity about what you actually want. Maybe it’s the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. Maybe you’ve outgrown your current chapter and you’re ready for something bigger; but you’re not sure how to get there without losing what you’ve already built.
Our life coaching sessions focus on performance, purpose, and forward momentum. We help you identify what’s been holding you back, develop a clear plan of action, and build the mental framework to follow through; even when the old patterns try to pull you off course.
This isn’t therapy, and we don’t treat it like therapy. Life coaching at our group practice is designed for people who want structure, accountability, and strategic guidance to move their lives forward with confidence.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Simple, Direct, and Intentional
No unnecessary paperwork. No vague treatment plans. No pressure to commit to long-term care before you know it is the right fit.
- 1Free 15-Minute Consultation. A brief, no-obligation conversation to clarify your concerns, answer your questions, and assess whether our approach is a good fit for what you are experiencing.
- 2Comprehensive Consultation. The most important step. We narrow down your goals, identify the emotional patterns driving your issue, and design a fully customized plan aimed at results in the fewest sessions possible.
- 3Focused, Customized Sessions. Every session has clear direction and purpose. Progress is reviewed regularly. As improvement stabilizes, sessions naturally taper off; because our goal is to help you reach a place where you no longer need us.

Most often it is not the situation, but how we think about the situation that causes our feelings. How we think about situations is based on what we have learned and experienced in the past. Over time we may begin to react in ways that do not help us, and start feeling stuck and unhappy.

I know you’re stressed and exhausted while trying to keep up with the world’s go go go trials, trying to do it all perfectly. This “hustle” mentality makes all of us prone to mistakes and poor decisions. Your mind is overthinking at such a high pace by now that you no longer know where to find the off button, or recall when you turned it on in the first place. Trust me, I’ve been there, and in that dark place is where you start to feel worried and fearful about the future because you don’t feel in control of the now. Sound familiar?
Often, when we seek support through therapy, we seem to underestimate the power of our own role in the healing process. We have all carried metaphorical luggage filled with experiences and events that have impacted our life. I know that it has been hard for you to seek support in untangling those moments from the past that now provoke stress, anxiety, frustration, anger, loneliness, sadness, guilt, depression, or hopelessness. The fact that you are reading this means that you have the intention to become the best version of yourself.
