You Have Been Doing Everything Right, So Why Does It Still Feel Wrong?
Here is what we hear from people across Winter Park all the time: “I understand my problem. I just can’t seem to feel any different.”
That gap between understanding and actually feeling change is exactly where our group practice lives. Traditional talk therapy often stays at the surface, helping you analyze your patterns without ever reaching the deeper emotional drivers keeping those patterns alive. You walk away with insight, but the anxiety, the overthinking, the emotional reactivity? Still there.
What started as unbalanced emotions in your mind may now be showing up in your body, too:
- Poor sleep and restless nights
- Shallow breathing and heart palpitations
- Headaches, body aches, and lingering tension
- Foggy thinking and difficulty concentrating
- A constant sense that something is off, but you cannot pinpoint what
This cycle is exhausting. It drains your energy, your focus, and your confidence, one day at a time. This is not the life you designed for yourself. And you do not have to keep living it this way.
How Our Approach Works Differently
At Revibe Therapy, our group practice specializes in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, a strategic combination of psychology, counseling, and hypnosis designed to produce meaningful emotional change in fewer sessions. Where traditional therapy might take months to make headway, our approach targets the subconscious patterns that are actually running the show.
Think of it this way: your subconscious is like an army waiting for your command. It controls your emotions, your reactions, your automatic responses to the world around you. But somewhere along the way, it started working against you instead of with you. Through Cognitive Hypnotherapy, we guide your subconscious back into alignment so that past experiences no longer dictate how you feel in the present.
We also offer additional modalities, each one personalized to your unique emotional landscape:
- EMDR therapy for processing trauma and deeply rooted emotional responses
- Anxiety hypnotherapy for breaking the cycle of worry, overthinking, and emotional reactivity
- Weight loss hypnotherapy for addressing the subconscious patterns behind unhealthy habits
- Smoking hypnotherapy for resolving the emotional drivers that keep the habit alive
There is no one-size-fits-all plan here. Your sessions are built around you, your goals, and the specific patterns driving your challenges.
What We Help Winter Park Clients Work Through
Our group practice works with adults who are navigating challenges that go deeper than what willpower or positive thinking can fix. We provide focused, personalized support for:
- Anxiety and chronic worry
- Stress and emotional overwhelm
- Emotional dysregulation
- Sexual issues and trauma
- Performance issues in sports
- Fear of failure and success blocks
- Pain and injury recovery
- Embarrassment or humiliation
Whatever you are carrying, it did not appear overnight. These patterns were shaped by real experiences, and they deserve real solutions. Our therapists work to identify where the emotional imbalances began, when they increased, and what keeps them active in your life today. By addressing those root causes, meaningful change takes place. Once it is handled from back then, it can no longer affect you the same way here in the present.

In-Person and Online Sessions Built Around Your Life
We know your schedule is full and your energy is limited. That is exactly why our group practice offers both in-person and online therapy sessions to Winter Park residents. Whether you prefer to sit across from your therapist in our Winter Park office or connect from the comfort of your own home, the quality and depth of your sessions remain the same.
Both formats give you:
- Sessions with a clear direction, purpose, and connection to your goals
- A secure, private environment designed for focused therapeutic work
- The same high-quality, customized care regardless of format
- Flexibility to attend without adding commute time to your day
Your First Step Is Simpler Than You Think
We start with a free 15-minute consultation. This is your chance to share what is going on, ask questions, and see if our approach feels like the right fit. There is no pressure, no obligation, and no vague promises about what therapy might look like someday.
If you decide to move forward, here is what comes next:
- A comprehensive consultation to narrow down your goals and objectives
- Identification of the emotional patterns driving your challenges
- A fully customized plan aimed at producing results in the fewest sessions possible
- No unnecessary paperwork, no vague timelines, and no pressure to commit long-term
This step is the most important part of our process, and it is where the real work begins. You will know exactly where you are headed and why from day one.
What Happens Once Your Sessions Begin
Once care begins, every session is focused, structured, and built around measurable progress. Your therapist regularly reviews how you are responding and adjusts your plan based on what is working. Our goal is never to create dependency on therapy. It is the opposite. We want to help you develop emotional self-regulation, clarity, and independence so you can handle life confidently on your own.
As improvement stabilizes, sessions naturally taper off. You will not be left wondering when it ends or whether you are actually getting better. The tools, insights, and emotional balance you develop with us are designed to stay with you long after your final session. That is the whole point.

OUR SERVICES
Cognitive Hypnotherapy
This is the foundation of our group practice — not a separate service, but the lens through which we approach every client and every session. It integrates cognitive behavioral principles with clinical hypnotherapy to access and reframe the subconscious patterns driving your anxiety, stress, and emotional reactivity — working with your subconscious to create change that’s faster, deeper, and built to last.
Weight loss hypnotherapy addresses the subconscious emotional drivers behind unhealthy eating habits — the stress eating, the comfort patterns, the cycle of restriction and guilt that willpower alone can’t break. We help you build a healthier relationship with food and your body from the inside out.
Anxiety hypnotherapy targets the subconscious emotional triggers that keep your nervous system locked in overdrive. We don’t just teach you to cope with the racing thoughts, the tension, or the worst-case spirals. We identify the root pattern behind them and resolve it — so your mind can quiet down on its own.
Smoking hypnotherapy targets the subconscious associations, triggers, and emotional dependencies that keep the habit locked in place. Our approach makes it possible to break free by resolving the emotional function smoking has been serving, so the craving loses its grip.
Sexual issues hypnotherapy works at the subconscious level to release the emotional charge that trauma leaves behind — the avoidance, the disconnection, the difficulty being fully present — without requiring you to relive painful details. Every session is tailored to your comfort level, your pace, and your goals.
Life coaching at our group practice is designed for people who are ready to stop overthinking and start building the life they actually want. We combine performance psychology with structured goal-setting to help you gain clarity, break through emotional blocks, and take action with confidence, without open-ended sessions or vague advice.
EMDR therapy uses guided bilateral stimulation to help your brain reprocess the distressing memories and emotional patterns driving your anxiety, trauma, or stress. At our group practice, we use this evidence-based approach to target root causes, not just symptoms, so you can experience real relief in fewer sessions.

Most often it is not the situation, but how we think about the situation that causes our feelings. How we think about situations is based on what we have learned and experienced in the past. Over time we may begin to react in ways that do not help us, and start feeling stuck and unhappy.

She completed the APA-accredited Psychology Internship training program and Postdoctoral Residency at the Orlando VA Healthcare System.
I know you’re stressed and exhausted while trying to keep up with the world’s go go go trials, trying to do it all perfectly. This “hustle” mentality makes all of us prone to mistakes and poor decisions. Your mind is overthinking at such a high pace by now that you no longer know where to find the off button, or recall when you turned it on in the first place. Trust me, I’ve been there, and in that dark place is where you start to feel worried and fearful about the future because you don’t feel in control of the now. Sound familiar?
Often, when we seek support through therapy, we seem to underestimate the power of our own role in the healing process. We have all carried metaphorical luggage filled with experiences and events that have impacted our life. I know that it has been hard for you to seek support in untangling those moments from the past that now provoke stress, anxiety, frustration, anger, loneliness, sadness, guilt, depression, or hopelessness. The fact that you are reading this means that you have the intention to become the best version of yourself.
