Appointment fees, insurance, and cancellation are in Fees, Payment and Cancellation and Practice Policies. Psychotherapy consent is in Informed Consent. Video visits are in Telehealth Consent. Website information is described in the Privacy Policy. Clinical records are described in the Notice of Privacy Practices.

This site is not emergency care

Revibe Therapy does not provide crisis or emergency services through this website. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are thinking about suicide or need emotional support now, call or text 988 in the United States.

Sending a form, an email, or a phone message does not mean a clinician has received it or can respond right away.

No treatment relationship from the website

Reading this site, using a calculator or chart, or submitting an inquiry does not create a therapist-client relationship. That relationship begins only when the practice accepts you as a client and you have completed the intake the practice requires.

Articles, tools, and download pages are educational. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a promise of a particular result.

Hypnosis recordings

Recordings sold from this site are digital products for personal use. They are not a substitute for care with a clinician. Checkout shows the terms that apply to that purchase, including delivery. Appointment cancellation rules do not apply to a recording.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, tools, and recordings on this site belong to Revibe Therapy or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy them for publication, resale, or another practice without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting to break, scrape, or overload it, posting unlawful or harmful material through a form, or using the site to impersonate someone else.

Third-party services

Scheduling forms, card checkout, and insurance portals are operated by other companies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site or use their form. A link to another site is not an endorsement of that site.

Limits of these website terms

The site is provided as available. We may change or remove a page, and we do not promise that the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

These website terms do not limit duties we owe you in a signed treatment agreement, or liability that health-care law does not allow us to limit. Nothing on this site waives rights you have as a client.

Florida law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another state’s law.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The new version applies to use of the site after it is published.
