Fees, payment, and cancellation

How payment works

Revibe Therapy sees clients on a private-pay basis and, where the plan and the service allow it, through insurance. A free introductory conversation is not a paid appointment. Session length, contact between sessions, and ending care are in Practice Policies.

Accepting a plan does not mean every clinician, plan, or service is covered. Benefits have to be verified for the specific visit. Life coaching and hypnosis recordings are private pay.

If you are paying privately, you can ask for a written estimate of expected charges before care begins.

Insurance we accept

Where applicable, Revibe Therapy accepts the following plans. Your plan, your benefits, and the service all still have to line up before a visit can be billed.

If your plan is not listed, ask us before you book. Out-of-network reimbursement, when a plan offers it, is handled with your insurer. We can provide the statements a claim usually requires.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. The same rule is stated in Practice Policies.

Hypnosis recordings

Hypnosis recordings are digital products. They are not clinical appointments, and the appointment rules above do not apply to them. The terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase.
