Who this policy covers

This policy describes information collected through revibetherapy.com. It covers inquiries, appointment requests, payments started from the site, and the tools we use to understand how the site is used.

Health information we keep once you are a client is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information you give us

Forms on this site ask for details such as your name, email address, phone number, and what you want help with. Those forms are hosted by HighLevel, our inquiry system. We use what you submit to respond to that inquiry.

If you pay for an appointment, we keep a record of the amount, the date, and the payment method. If you buy a hypnosis recording, card payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on this website.

Please do not include a full payment card number in a form or an email.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, common technical information can be collected, including the pages you open, the browser and device you use, general location, and the site that referred you. Google Analytics is set to anonymize IP addresses.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who process it for us, and with an insurer when you ask us to bill a covered service.

HighLevel, which hosts the inquiry forms and stores those submissions.
Stripe, which processes card payments for hypnosis recordings.
Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager, which measure visits and ads.
Microsoft Clarity, which can record a visit, including clicks, scrolling, and a replay of the screen, so we can see where the site is hard to use.
A measurement tag for ChatGPT ads, which records that a visit, a phone tap, or an inquiry came from an ad.
An insurance plan, when a visit is billed to that plan. What we share for treatment and payment is described in the Notice of Privacy Practices.

How long we keep it
